Most pitches have sea views and are level, secluded with shrubs and tropical/Mediterranean plants. Besides the wonderful beaches there is also in the near vicinity plenty of coastal and inland walking, cycling, and 5 miles away there is horse-riding and golf. The village boasts that it is the most Southerly Point of Great Britain. There is a beautiful church in the village, which welcomes all visitors, surrounded by thatched cottages and the ongoing local trade of serpentine-turning provides a wonderful array of gifts to return home with.

Treen Farm Campsite is a small family-run site set 200 yards back from Treen Cliff and its fabulous views of the Logan Rock, and within easy walking distance of two beautiful sandy beaches. It has a reputation for being 'family-friendly' and frequently commended by those who look for relaxation during the day and peace and quiet at night. Kevin and Gill have been running the site for five years, and previously run by Kevin's father and his father before him! Campers have been falling in love with the site and it's perfect location since its inception - one couple in particular have been regulars for the last 49 years.

Magic Cove Touring Site : Newquay

Situated in Mawgan Porth, being mid way between Newquay and Padstow on the North Cornish Coast, Magic Cove offers a central base if you wish to make trips to anywhere in Cornwall. On the other hand, if you prefer to stay put, you will only be a 300 yard level walk from the beach, which offers safe bathing and surfing under lifeguard supervision, rock pools and fine sand for just lazing around! Dogs are allowed on the beach.

This is definitely one of our favourites here at Beach Campsites UK. Set in a truly breathtaking location, Kenneggy provides a quiet, clean family park perfect for those who appreciate the beauty and tranquility of the Cornish countryside and coastline. A major attraction of Kenneggy is the proximity of the South West coast path, with its abundance of wild flowers and the white sands of Kenneggy beach.

Beautiful farm site, close to great walking and surfing. Presingoll Farm Caravan & Camping Site is pleasantly situated over looking the beautiful North Cornish Coast. The site covers two fields and is surrounded by farmland and a new wildflower meadow. Your dogs get their own exercise field. Perfect for biking, with easy access to many trails and cycle paths suitable for the family or keen mountain biker. Local routes have been featured in Mountain Bike magazines with excellant x-country and dirt trails. There is even a tram trail to follow from Portreath.

Coastal farm with magnificent sea views and stunning location overlooking Looe Bay in Cornwall. Just outside the entrance, you will find the coastal path which in one direction leads to Millendreath Beach and on to Looe and Polperro and in the other direction leads along Bodigga Cliff to Seaton and Downderry.

Namparra Campsite

Just a short walk away is kennack sands, which has the blue flag award for cleanliness. It is made up of two coves with the far one allowing dogs all year. The beach is a safe and at low tide, there’s a good beach café here, serving hearty breakfasts and snacks all day, try some of the coffees they’re delicious. Poltesco is also nearby and well worth a look at, reached via the beautiful Poltesco valley with its old mill. It’s a pebble beach, with the remains of a serpentine works on it. Just one and a half miles away lies the picture postcard fishing village of Cadgwith, which has a wonderful traditional Cornish pub, complete with Friday night singing – a must for any visitor
