Brighstone holiday centre is set in the West Wight amongst some of the most picturesque scenery the island has to see, it overlooks the beach and has easy, safe beach access. The coastline at Brook and Compton is famous for its preserved dinosaur footprints. At the bottom of the site is the coastal walk which offers easy access for beaches, geology studies, dinosaur remains etc.

The camping and caravan site lies in an area which has been designated "an area of outstanding beauty" as is much of the Downs.Tents, motor caravans and touring vans are accepted. The camping site is level and overlooks the sea.
Cars are parked beside the tents or caravans. access to the sea is just a short walk (100 yards) down the coastal path.

The marked pitches are levelled well, drained and fully serviced with electricity, mains water supply and grey water disposal. Most are a combination of grass and hard standing. A few are all grass and all have excellent views of the Solent.

Heathfield Farm Camping is a small family park in the rural West Wight on the outskirts of Freshwater village. Less than two miles from Yarmouth ferry port, we are situated in the heart of the most magnificent walking countryside.
The West Wight has some of the Islands most spectacular scenery. On a clear day the views from the National Trust’s Tennyson Down are breathtaking. The Needles and Alum Bay, famous for it’s coloured sands, is only two miles away. Nearby the historic harbour town of Yarmouth is ideal for sailing enthusiasts.

The camp site literally over-looks the sea and the beach, which is part sand and shingle, is reached by a short footpath.
The site is on level grassland and has 80 to 100 pitches available for tents, caravans and dormobiles.
